Ethias Video Consulting service

• Use the Video Consultation Service to get healthcare professional advice for any non-urgent medical issues you may have - this is not a replacement for emergency or hospital accident and emergency departments.
• The video consultation can be carried out from anywhere: at home, work or while travelling in Belgium or abroad.
• The video consultation is with a health professional in Belgium who has been trained in teleconsulting (he or she knows when an in-person examination is necessary. If needed, you will be referred to another health professional).
• The cost of the video consultation is covered by Ethias (third party payment system).
• Ethias shall be notified of any misuse of this service (including in the case of failure to keep an appointment reserved).
